A Little About My Approach with Individuals and Couples
My approach is best for those with a strong intention to change or feel better. It’s more productive than chatty and meandering. Bring me your most stubborn patterns, the things you really want to change, the hurts you want to heal, the memories you can’t seem to stop being haunted by, and the dynamics that are killing your relationship. Over 20 years, I have found that my work is especially effective in those areas of your life that other practitioners haven’t been able to help you move past.
For 20 years I’ve been a Somatic Psychotherapist, Couples Counselor, Coach, and now I’m a Mentor to Gifted Practitioners. I’m the creator of The Art of Relational Client Work, where I teach Gifted Practitioners how to become Master Practitioners by building a Catalytic Dynamic with their clients—one in which the relationship itself is a powerful instrument of change.
In my sessions, I work with individuals and couples.
Clients tell me they feel seen, safe, and genuinely cared for. My work is productive and rooted in deep relational integrity. I bring a grounded, skillful presence and I stay committed to learning and evolving.
There are currently 4 ways to work with me.
